  • How much does a repair typically cost?

    • The cost of a repair can vary greatly depending on the issue at hand. Therefore, a diagnosis is needed to accurately determine the repair cost. We offer FREE diagnosis and estimates depending on your location. Please click here for a full breakdown of our rates and services.​​

  • What is your turn around time?

    • We can repair most equipment on-site during the initial appointment; however, occasionally replacement parts will need to be special ordered which will require a second visit once the parts arrive (usually within 5-7 days). There is no additional service charge for a second visit.

  • How long does an appointment take?

    • Most appointments/repairs range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. It may take longer depending on what type of repair is required. We will always give you an estimate before beginning any work.​

  • Do I need to be home for the appointment?

    • You do not need to be home for the appointment if you are busy. We just ask that you to leave the equipment in an accessible area for us and are reachable by phone if needed. We are able to send the invoice online for secure payment once the work is complete.

    • We provide our mobile services in Cochrane and surrounding areas:

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), debit, e-transfer, and cash payment in person.

  • Why does my lawn mower even need regular maintenance?

    • Over the course of the mowing season, there are items on your lawn mower that will accumulate wear and need replacing (blade, air filter, engine oil, fuel filter, spark plug). Replacing these items will improve the performance of your lawn mower, and act as preventative maintenance, preventing any costly future repairs.

 

  • How often should I have my lawn mower serviced?

    • It is typically recommended to service your lawn mower at least once per mowing season. However, it depends on a few factors, such as the size of the property, frequency of mowing, and conditions such as dusty or rougher areas. Therefore, shorter or longer service intervals may be optimal depending on your application.​

 

  • How do I know my lawn mower needs maintenance?

    • It is a good idea to check the color of the oil, and the condition of the air filter to assess if servicing is required. If the lawn mower feels underpowered or has poor performance, this can also be an indication that it needs servicing.​​​

 

  • Do you work on any equipment other than lawn mowers?

    • We only work on lawn mowers and other 4-stroke small engine equipment (generators, pressure washers, tillers). We do not work on any 2-stroke equipment (trimmers, chainsaws, blowers), electric/battery equipment, or snow blowers.

  • Do you provide a warranty?

    • We pride ourselves on our excellent service. We have a 90 day workmanship warranty on any repairs or servicing. If you have a problem that is determined to be due to a mistake of our work, we guarantee the problem will be resolved or you will be fully refunded.
